MULTI-TENANT SOLUTIONS
Millions of customers in multi-tenanted office buildings may not have their main meter, affecting the cost and service received by the Landlord, Agent and Tenant. Unify Energy is the first regulated Energy supplier to offer a complete service for those with or without main meters- saving cost, and time, improving service, and regulation.
Unify Energy is a fully regulated and licensed Energy supplier. We entered the market to offer Innovative and disruptive products where there are gaps. We are a corporate spin-out founded by a property developer who encountered difficulties procuring Energy frictionlessly as an owner/operator of multi-tenanted commercial buildings.
We are the first and only regulated supplier to go behind the meter in a commercial building, providing management and billing of all services that hang off the landlord's main fiscal supplies.
Our offering allows tenants who do not have a metre and generally do not have a relationship with a regulated energy supplier to directly connect with Unify Energy for the procurement and management of their Energy, relieving the landlord of the hassle and cost of it.
WHAT SETS US APART FROM OTHER TRADITIONAL ENERGY SUPPLIERS?
We have a tacit understanding of how buildings work because of our rich property background.
As a newer supplier, differentiating ourselves on value rather than price, we are a financially robust organisation with a customer-centric approach, which means that we don’t charge outrageous out-of-contract or deemed rates.
We’re always available. Our values help us put our customers' needs first and therefore have an in-house energy expert team which is always contactable for our customers, answering queries on the day you contact us. Even if you are a tenant (not a direct customer), even smaller customers can speak to a specialist account manager and we always answer our customers the same day that they make contact.
We get to know each of our customers and offer customer-centric contracts, solutions and flexibility. We don’t believe in heavy risk premiums or expensive out-of-contract rates.
